Strict sense, by way of Relational Sovereignty save Citizen of His Excellency as per the Constitution of Our INDIA

to sustain with compliance and assist The First Person of My INDIA.


Please make necessary arrangements to treat through way of Relational Sovereignty and means on defray for safe

civil conduct of act.

Do the needful immediately as per the Constitution of Our INDIA and assist His Excellency of My INDIA to save His

Citizen to sustain the Constitution of Our INDIA with compliance.

This real time requirement is to save His Citizen and to sustain the Pride' Dignity and Respect of The First Person

of My INDIA.

This real time civil requirement is for His Citizen at Ref: 9/Per.Cell/2017 dated 29 May 2017

This requirement is a part of compromise to initiate care for safe civil conduct of act and to save life of Citizen

of His Excellency.
