As per the recent Significant Beneficial Ownership (Amendment) Rules, 2019, the lately revised e-Form BEN-2 can now be filed up to 30th September 2019 without any fine. Pertaining to section 90 of the Companies Act of 2013, the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Second Amendment Rules, 2019 [SBO rules, 2019], were notified by MCA on July 01, 2019.
