Procedure to Apply - (For complete assistance and direct document register with us)
1. Bidders should do the registration in the tender site app using the option available (online bidder enrollment). Then the Digital Signature registration has to be done with the e-token, after logging into the site. The e-token may be obtained from one of the authorized Certifying Authorities.
2. Bidder then need to log into the site through their user ID / password chosen during registration.
3. The e-token that is registered should be used by the bidder only and should ensure safety of the same.
4. If there are any clarifications, this may be obtained online through the tender site, or through the contact details. Bidders should take into account the Corrigendum it published before submitting the bids online.
5. The bidder has to submit the tender document online well in advance before the prescribed time to avoid any delay or problem during the submission process.
Charges Involved :
( 1 ) Business Procurement fees (Upfront): No upfront
( 2 ) Primary setup and application charge : Rs. 15,750/- (Rs. 10,000/- refundable)
( 3 ) Royalty : 5% from every billing.

How to register :-
1. Download Registration Form.
2. First of all take printout of page 1 and page 2 (You can send filled soft copy word file)
3. Fill all fields with blue pen. Watch specimen copy for instructions on page 4.
4. Pay charges for service that you want to subscribe. Service charges are given on page 3 of registration form.
